Odwalla Mango Tango

If you haven’t tried Odwalla’s Mango Tango juice, then you are missing out my dear friend. These guys are tasty to the MAX! I was craving one the other day but these juices are actually a bit pricy. So, I thought to myself, why not just make one myself?

Ingredients? Check! Vitamix? Check! Time to make some mangoey (yes it’s a word) goodness.

The secret to this recipe is the type of mango you use. I hadn’t even seen this yellow type of Mango until our trip to Thailand a couple years ago. They use these in their smoothies and they are the sweetest mango smoothies I’ve ever tried! Make sure you have two of these yellow babies.

You need one peeled orange as well for this smoothie. We hate peeling oranges at our house so we just cut off the peel! It’s easy and a lot faster!

Place the banana, peach, mangos, and orange in your blender. If you have a vitamix, you don’t need any liquid. Just add about 8 ice cubes and blend away! If you have a different kind of blender add a little bit of almond milk to get it going.

There it is! Enjoy your Mango Tango!

  • Two Yellow Mangos
  • One Orange
  • One banana
  • One Peach
  • 8 ice cubes
  • A bit of almond milk (if not using a vitamix)
