I won’t lie. It’s taken me a while to put this post up because of the stain it put on my carpet. It turns out that yellow curry is nearly impossible to get out of your carpet. So here are my words of wisdom, make sure this delicious curry gets in you mouth and not on your carpet.
On our move to Wisconsin we did a ridiculously long road trip to get there. Because our days of Junk food are over, we stopped a lot at Target for lunch to pick up a salad and carrots and berries. We also looked for other good healthy snacks to take with us on the road. We became quite addicted to these delicious things called apple chips.
We’ve been on a bit of a wheatgrass kick at our house lately. If you don’t know the benefits of juicing wheatgrass let me fill you in! It’s full of good stuff like vitamins A and C. If you are needing to detox your poor liver from all that yucky refined sugar it’s had to process, wheat grass juice will do the trick! It’s also a great blood cleanser.
Saturday is the PERFECT day for the farmers market. I’m obsessed with going there. I love being able to support local farmers and everything just tastes so much more fresh!
This time we rode our bikes there. Estela loves trailing behind her daddy and says Wheeeee the whole way.
